How to Contact Admin
Send a message to [email protected] for billing, refunds, or account updates, including your user UUID when available so we can find your record faster.
For urgent safety issues, include campaign or event IDs and a short summary of what happened.
For weekly or daily email preferences, use Account Notifications or the unsubscribe link in those emails.
When to Use Support
If you believe a refund or no-show decision was unfair, open a ticket and we will attempt to mediate between the storyteller and player with a neutral review.
- Stripe charge hiccups, payout delays, or refund requests after the refund window.
- Account issues such as needing a password reset, activation resend, or impersonation.
- To report bad actors, abuse, or safety concerns during a session.
Escalations & Evidence
Attach screenshots, browser details, and steps to reproduce so we can triage quickly.
Attachments are stored securely and only reviewed by staff for the purpose of resolving the request.
We keep records of messages and can pause campaigns or ban accounts during investigation.
