About the adventure

🌑 Something is wrong in Ridgedale.
A city surrounded by forest, bordered by mountains, and floating alone in a black void where no stars shine — yet no one questions it. The sky glows with artificial light. The rivers run, the wind blows, the seasons shift… all as they always have. Or so the people believe.

Ridgedale exists inside a sealed pocket dimension — a perfect, uncanny replica of small-town life, suspended in something vast and unknowable. The forests stretch forever, yet no one can map them. Those who wander too far either return changed… or never return at all.

⏳ 1978.
A strange accident. A group of children fall into a coma. When they awaken, the world feels different — like waking from a dream you can’t quite remember. People are the same, yet distant. The streets familiar, but wrong in ways you can’t explain.

They aren’t alone in sensing it. Creatures skulk the edges of town. Whispers crawl beneath floorboards. Some dreams shouldn’t be remembered.

👁️‍🗨️ Ridgedale is alive. Watching. Reacting. Correcting.
There are those who want to understand.
There are those who try to forget.
And there are forces — ancient, cunning, inhuman — that will do anything to preserve the illusion.

Welcome to Ridgedale.
The truth is buried. The cracks are showing.
And you’re not supposed to notice.

I have been a Storyteller and Dungeon Master since late 1998 and I’ve been running roleplay games for just over two+ decades now while being a bit of a tech head. I’m a family man with two kids and an amazing wife who supports my sometimes quirky endeavours.

I've played different games online with Storyteller Trev for several years now, I still consider myself new to most TTPG systems and Trev has always been welcoming into trying out new systems and ideas. Trev is a great GM and I find him to be fair in his decisions, as well as responding well when things go sideways. I would highly recommend playing games hosted by Trev.

Trev has been very welcoming, well prepared and very accommodating. He worked with me to fit my characters story into our game. He has also been flexible with player agency and managing our shenanigans. His use of technology has made online games easy and immersive.
